DAVID MARABI
Principal
David Marabi is the principal and founder of Villapex Consulting Engineering PLLC, a full service MEP design engineering firm. With a diverse background that spans multiple areas of construction, David’s career began in MEP engineering, where he honed his technical skills and earned his professional engineering license. This foundation has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of modern construction projects.

After transitioning into general contracting, David built an impressive portfolio, managing projects that range from small-scale renovations to high-rise structures towering over 400 feet in New York City's skyline. His extensive hands-on experience has sharpened his project management abilities, allowing him to lead teams with precision and deliver results that consistently surpass client expectations.
Throughout his career, David has collaborated with some of New York’s most prominent developers, architects, engineers, and contractors. These partnerships have not only deepened his industry expertise but also reinforced his belief that trust and clear communication are the cornerstones of any successful project. David approaches each engagement with a commitment to these principles, ensuring that every project is a collaborative effort toward excellence.
